Singer Anthony Gargiula Amazing 10 year old child singer from Albany, NY.

Center for Disability Services Telethon 2009

On Sunday, January 25, 2009, Anthony sang at the Center For Disability Services telethon. 

 

He sang Jordin Saprks' "This Is My Now."  It was a very rewarding experience.  Anthony sang his song to one of the consumers named Taylor.  We got to meet Taylor and her whole family before Anthony sang and they were all very nice and grateful.  Watching Taylor and Anthony interact with each other was a special treat.  Taylor truly enjoyed the song and Anthony loved having the opportunity to give back to the community. 

 

Anthony got a chance to meet Spike Feresten, a talk show host on FOX TV in Los Angeles.  We also had the opportunity to reunite with Janice Rosas, a FOX tv publicist who we met on the red carpet with David Cook last March (small world).  Thanks to the "Center" and all of the Fox 23 newscasters.  Anthony also closed the telethon with an acapella rendition of "God Bless America". 

 

We will see everyone next year for sure.

Anthony was honored to perform at the fundraiser gala for the Palm Springs Air Museum on February 15, 2008.

The Palm Springs Air Museum is a non-profit educational institution whose mission is to exhibit, educate and eternalize the role of the World War II combat aircraft and the role the pilots and American citizens had in achieving this great victory.

In addition to flying aircraft, related artifacts, artwork, and library sources are used to perpetuate American history.
